"Master, what will the Gyokku Ninja clan do if in a very rare case, a ninja of your clan betrays the clan - will he recive some special punishment?"
No ninja betrays the clan, because we are all family - a ninja is trained since childhood.
I myself was trained since the age of three, by my own parents, grandparents, and other members of the clan. We were given much love and caring - no one ever raised their voice to us when we were growing up, and our elders taught us not only the way of the ninja, but painting, sculpture, science and much more.
To say we would betray the clan shows no knowledge of what it means to be a member of a ninja clan, to be a member of an extended family that protects us from the oppression of governments and large corporations - to be completely secure, to never have to do a 9 to 5 job, to be able to spend one’s life in training one’s body and mind, in the pursuit of art and science.
What can the outside world offer us that could possibly tempt us to betray this perfect life?
As for outsiders - we don't care if they 'betray the clan' because they know no secrets of the clan anyway. And if a person lives with us for some years, he or she becomes a brother or sister, and never betrays us.
I trust this answers your question.
