Welcome to the Basic Exercises, the Basis of Ninja Fitness at this level of your NINJA TRAINING
These exercises are more than they appear. The average human being replaces most of the cells in their bodies over the course of about eight years. The ninja seeks much faster cellular regeneration, replacing the cells of their bodies - in effect, being 'reborn' - every year. These advanced levels of cellular regeneration allow a ninja to stay young far longer than most humans - Ninja retain youth to the age of 60, complete functionality till the age of a hundred, and life beyond even that.
The secret to such levels of ninja fitness is rigourous training - training that regularly tests every muscle fibre, strains every bone, and then builds them up again. In time, the body learns that it is supposed to heal rapidly, to adapt continuously, and to SURVIVE, no matter what challenges it faces.
These exercises will ALSO lay the foundations of your advanced ninja training, training such important basics as balance, flexibility and footwork. Master each exercise carefully and add it to your training regime before going on to master the next exercise. And never forget - the masters are always on-hand to assist you.
