As you will see in the video below, the body is a delicate mechanism. The hand, arm or leg cannot move unless a complex system of nerves, muscles and tendons is intact. Remember that word - INTACT.
If even one component in this mechanism is destroyed, the body cannot work - it cannot attack, it cannot execute a hold or lock or strike. In this training session (and in the next few training sessions), you will learn to destroy the mechanism of the opponent's body so that he cannot hold you in a lock or hold.
It is quite possible, if you execute the defense below, that your enemy will be unable to hold ANYONE in a lock or hold... permanently.
