USES OF THE BEGINNER'S PUSHUP

Not everyone has the hand strength in relation to body weight to do a pushup. If you cannot do a pushup, this is no cause for concern. You can do these beginnerís pushups for about a month, and in that time, the beginnerís pushups will train you to do normal pushups.

HOW TO DO A BEGINNER'S PUSHUP

Look at the video to learn the exercise, and consult the text below to add to your knowledge.

Just go down on your knees and do the pushup while on your knees. Youíll find that this is a lot easier than doing a normal pushup. Breathe in as you go down and breathe out as you power up.
